Refund policy

The ₹2,500 assessment hold is fully refundable until bloodwork is drawn. After bloodwork, the hold adjusts against your annual membership. If clinical review flags pathology and we cannot proceed, the hold is refunded in full. The detailed annual-membership refund terms are being finalised.
